Over the last several days and weeks, many companies have rapidly adopted a work from home policy in response to the global health crisis and to help slow the spread of COVID-19. For teams that have been accustomed to working primarily from an office setting, this is a major shift and will take some time for people to adopt a new way of working.

Thankfully, our team and many of our clients have successfully been operating remotely for several years now. Because of that, we have developed many best practices that we can share with you to help ease the transition and provide some guidance to keep your teams productive, engaged, and secure during this outbreak and beyond.

Over the next several weeks, I will be publishing a series of posts on best practices for working remotely with your team. All of these practices are tried and true—proven to work in our own organization and with many of our clients.

I will address topics such as managing your time and tasks as a remote team, communicating with your team to ensure everyone is on the same page and the work from home is dynamic.

We hope that you find this content useful and beneficial.

If you have any questions or want to talk about any of these practices and how you can best implement them in your organization, feel free to schedule a time to talk using my calendar.

Stay safe,
Sam
